Program Submissions

The Ohio Library Council offers a wide range of educational opportunities for its members. The OLC issues a “Call for Programs” when planning most of these events and accepts submissions from individuals from both inside and outside the library community. If you have a program that does not fit with any of the current call(s) for programs, please use the General Submission Form. If you have an idea for a professional development offering, please use the Idea Box.


The OLC accepts program proposals throughout the year through its general submission form. The OLC’s Professional Development Committee reviews all submissions and evaluates each program for its potential inclusion in a future educational offering. Multiple Literacies Conference
Program proposals are currently being accepted for the new Multiple Literacies Conference, set for July 10, 2020 at the Great Wolf Lodge in Mason, Ohio (Cincinnati).

We want your ideas! Let us know what you would like to see from OLC’s professional development offerings. It can be as simple as a word or as complex as a paragraph. However, please be specific.
