This webinar will explain how to respond immediately and effectively when there is a crisis situation at your library which is likely to attract attention on social media and/or traditional media. The emphasis of this webinar will be on pragmatic, practical tips and best practices that you can arm yourself with to survive the initial stages of the crisis — and emerge with your library’s reputation intact or even enhanced.
