BUILDING INSPECTION TIPS FROM THE BUILDING DOCTOR (Webinar #2)

How do you properly fix and maintain a home or building on the National Register of Historic Places? Get tips from the Ohio History Connection’s Building Doctor on how to recognize and solve some of the most common sources of problems in maintaining older buildings. Building Doctors are experts on everything from peeling paint and failing plaster to wet basements and deteriorating masonry. This webinar will explain how to spot trouble when inspecting your historic home or building.

Learning Objectives: You’ll learn how to:  recognize and solve some common repair problems; make informed decisions about repairs and improvements to older buildings; and maintain a building’s historic integrity.
