Call for Programs
The OLC is accepting program proposals for this virtual conference through Mon., June 14. The Conference Planning Committee is seeking proposals that tie to the core competencies of public library service and examine how to best serve patrons from birth through high school. Special consideration will be given to proposals that cover how to address student learning loss due to the pandemic; how to get kids and families back to the library; how to prepare children for Kindergarten; how to keep and maintain diverse materials; how to partner with schools and teachers; and how to host programs in the new normal (virtual, in-person, hybrid).
