The OLC’s Small Libraries Division will host discussion forums for directors of small libraries on Aug. 20, Sept. 24 and Oct. 15. These in-person sessions will be held from 10 a.m.- 12 p.m. OLC’s Executive Director Michelle Francis will attend each event and provide an update on several items of interest, including Public Library Fund (PLF) distributions and forecasts as well as current Intellectual Freedom issues and recent book banning tactics. The forums will also allow time for discussions with your peers about issues and challenges unique to small libraries. The locations and dates of the forums include:

• August 20 at the Chillicothe & Ross County Public Library Annex
• September 24 at the Bellevue Public Library
• October 15 at the Wood County District Public Library

Registration is free for directors for OLC Institutional Member Libraries only. Please be sure to register in advance for the forum you plan to attend.
