The ODT posted the March 2023 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution of $35,900,995 — which is $10,764 (or + 0.03%) above ODT’s original estimate that was issued in July 2022; and $1,696,054 (or + 4.96%) more than ODT’s updated estimate issued in December 2022.

According to the Office of Budget and Management (OBM), overall state tax receipts for the month of February came in about $124.1 million (or + 6.5%) above estimates. So far, State Fiscal Year 2023 tax collections are up $774 million (or + 4.3%) above estimates.
