The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) posted the February 2023 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution of $47,622,215 – which is $169,418 (or – 0.35%) below ODT’s original estimate that was issued in July 2022; and $2,232,200 (or + 4.92%) more than ODT’s updated estimate issued in December 2022.

According to the Office of Budget and Management (OBM), overall state tax receipts for the month of January came in about $140 million ( + 5.4%) above estimates. So far, State Fiscal Year 2023 tax collections are up $649.9 million (or + 4%) above estimates.
