Libraries Help and Honor Veterans

Washington-Centerville Public Library is hosting a “History of the Military” exhibit this weekend. The exhibit opened yesterday with a local veteran Ralph Young, who talked about his years serving in the Pacific as a gunner’s mate on the USS J. Franklin Bell during WWII. The library will also pay a special tribute to the United States Air Force for its 75th Anniversary.
