Library on the Go: Delivering Curbside, Drive-Through, and Lobby Service Safely and Efficiently Webinar
In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, many libraries adapted quickly to the times by creating curbside, drive-through and lobby services to keep customers safe and still provide access to physical materials, tax forms, printing services, and more. On Aug. 21, the OLC hosted a webinar to highlight how libraries of different sizes successfully executed these services from both a customer and staff perspective.
