ODT Posts January 2020 PLF Distribution

The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) posted the January 2020 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution of $33,079,091 which is $86,057 less than the ODT estimate for the month. However, this month’s distribution is $1,506,203 more than the January 2019 distribution.

Overall state revenues for the month of December came in only $1.8 million (-0.1%) below their mark. The fiscal year-to-date revenues are exceeding their estimates by about 0.8% or $93.2 million. The state has brought in nearly $11.7 billion in tax revenue so far for fiscal year 2020.
