On May 18, 2016, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) published their final rule updating the regulations governing which executive, administrative and professional employees (white collar workers) are entitled to the Fair Labor Standards Act’s minimum wage and overtime pay protections. The final rule raises the initial salary threshold for “exempt” employees to $47,476 per year and it will be effective December 1, 2016This webinar will help you prepare for the changes and legal counsel will answer your questions.
