Wendy Knapp

The OLC invites all library directors (from OLC Institutional Member Libraries) to participate in a special meeting with the new State Librarian of Ohio, Wendy Knapp. This is an opportunity to hear her views on the role of the State Library of Ohio and gain a better understanding of how Ohio’s public libraries fit into her vision.

Knapp was appointed State Librarian in May and began her new role last month. She has 18 years of library experience that includes state and public libraries. She was formerly the Deputy Director of Statewide Services at the Indiana State Library, where she was in charge of the Professional Development Office, Library Development Office, and Management Information Services Division.
