OLC To Host Statewide Delivery Webinar on July 28
The OLC is aware of the concerns and frustrations you are having with the statewide delivery system. We have been in contact with the State Library of Ohio and OhioLINK and have shared examples of how the delays in delivery service are impacting you and your staff. We know that your goal is to get materials in the hands of your patrons as quickly as possible and we want to help resolve this situation in any way we can.
The OLC will host a webinar on Wed., July 28 at 1 p.m. with Wendy Knapp, State Librarian of Ohio and Amy Pawlowski, Executive Director, OhioLINK to discuss the new courier service, STAT, and the steps that the State Library and OhioLINK are taking to fix the delivery problems. This webinar is free for Institutional Member Libraries, but you must register to participate.
