08/04/15 – OLC State Budget Analysis Webcast Archived

On Aug. 3, Michelle Francis, OLC Director of Government and Legal Services, presented a live webcast on the analysis of the final 2016-17 state budget bill. The webcast covered everything library directors and fiscal officers need to know about the budget, including special information for the 40 libraries affected by the phase-out of Tangible Personal Property (TPP) tax replacement payments.
