With the New Year comes a whole host of resolutions. Is better health one of your goals for 2017? A digital detox could be the answer. Technology access is an essential library service, but over consumption can have negative effects. In a world where technology is all around us, all the time, and in all aspects of culture and society, how can you really reduce the amount of technology you use?  This webinar will show you how and provide practical, healthy strategies that both you and your patrons can use.

Learning Objectives: You’ll learn strategies to reduce technology consumption in your daily life and how doing so can have a positive impact on your physical, mental and social health.

Intended Audience:  All library management and staff members who want to reduce technology consumption and may want to offer a similar program to patrons
