The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) has released the October 2016 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution. This month’s distribution of $31,051,114 brings the year-to-date total to $313,770,189. This month’s distribution is just a little more than $1 million less (-3.14%) than ODT’s estimate for the month, and $921,754 (-2.88%) less than the October 2015 distribution.
