Program proposals are now being accepted for the Library Management and Leadership Conference, set for October 25 at the Embassy Suites in North Canton. The theme is “Empowering Leaders and Managers to Succeed.”

The Planning Committee is seeking one-hour programs that focus on administration, middle management, and anyone seeking success as a leader. All program submissions will be considered, with priority given to those that feature human resources, imposter syndrome, difficult conversations, transitioning to leadership, change, meeting vs. e-mail, effective feedback, MLIS requirements, and work/life balance.

The deadline for proposals is July 12, 2024.
