The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) has released the September 2016 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution. This month’s distribution of $33,444,842 brings the year-to-date total to $282,719,074. The September 2016 distribution is about $1.6 million less than ODT’s estimate for the month, but about $1.7 million more than the September 2015 distribution.
