The OLC will host Intellectual Freedom – A Foundation Webinar on Mon., March 28 at 10 a.m. with Dr. Richard Rubin, Trustee, Cuyahoga Falls Public Library and member of the OLC Board of Directors; and Jen Farrell, Branch Manager, Huron County Community Library and Chair of OLC’s Intellectual Freedom Committee.

They will discuss Intellectual Freedom from both a librarian perspective and from the idea that society is the healthiest when ideas flow freely between individuals. This event will take a closer look at what defines Intellectual Freedom and how we can encourage balance and take down barriers in our libraries. The webinar is free for OLC members, but you must register to attend. If you are unable to participate in the live presentation, a recording will be posted on the OLC website.
