Staying motivated can be tiring. How do you stay positive and happy at work? This webinar can help by covering tips and techniques for motivating staff. Mary will share what she has done at her library, what has worked and what has not. You will learn how to motivate staff, coworkers, and even yourself!

Learning Objectives:  Being creative in ways to motivate staff; having fun while building a strong team; staying positive when there is negativity.

About the presenter:  Mary Wnoroski has worked in Ohio’s public libraries for 16 years. She began her career at the Akron Summit County Public Library where she worked as a Public Service Assistant II for 13 years at various branches throughout the system. In her current position as Borrower Services Manager at the Kent Free Library, she oversees the circulation department, the pages, and handles the majority of patron account questions, but what she enjoys most is the privilege of motivating staff to realize their potential.
