2020 Census Training For Public Library Staff Now Available

With funding from the Cleveland Foundation, libraries in Cuyahoga County have created a short 2020 Census training video that was specifically designed for public library staff. The video is less than 10 minutes and features public library employees from Northeast Ohio. The training covers how to answer questions from patrons, how the Census information is used and protected, who is counted and more.

There is also an optional survey to test your knowledge and a slide deck with links to resources. Additional 2020 Census tools and resources are available at olc.org/census.

Special thanks to our Institutional Member Libraries in Cuyahoga County for allowing OLC to share this video with our members and on a national level.
