The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) posted the October 2019 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution of $33,636,577, which is $854,266 (+2.61%) more than the ODT Estimate for the month. This brings the Calendar Year (CY) 2019 total to $340,505,342 (+3.27% over estimate). Overall, state tax receipts for the month of September exceeded estimates by $37.3 million, about 2% above what was expected for the month.
