Registration is now open for the OLC’s Library Trustee Workshop, Sat., March 19, at the Westerville Public Library.

This annual workshop focuses on the basics that every library trustee needs to know to be a good board member, including boardmanship, legal issues, library funding, working with your director, and library finances. Attendees also will learn about services that the OLC offers to its member libraries and their trustees. Presenters will include fellow library trustees, library directors, the OLC’s legal counsel, and OLC staff members.

The workshop registration fee is $65 for trustees of OLC Institutional member libraries and $130 for non-members. Lunch is included in the fee. Space is limited. Click here for more information, workshop agenda, and registration.
