Innovation Conference: Take a Risk, Be Inspired, Tell Your Story

Overview: How does your library innovate, take risks, provide new services or help your staff? How do you think outside of the box?  How do you show resilience after your failures?

Objective: During this conference, you will:

  1. Discuss emerging technologies
  2. Explore innovative services
  3. Discover process improvements
  4. Collaborate with other librarians or library staff.
  5. Develop resilience after failure

Call for Programs:
The Conference Planning Committee is seeking one hour programs that tie to the Core Competencies of public library service. This is an opportunity to share how your library is using emerging technologies, providing new and innovative services, discovering practical solutions, and developing best practices that can be implemented in any size library.

The deadline for program proposals is May 15, 2020.

For those working toward their Ohio Public Librarian or Ohio Public Library Staff re-certification, this conference counts as six (6) contact hours.
