The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) posted the February 2019 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution of $37,958,531 — which is $869,110 (-2.24%) less than ODT estimates for the month and brings the Calendar Year (CY) 2019 total to $69.5 million. By comparison, this month’s distribution was $912,761 (-2.35%) less than the February 2018 distribution.
