ODT Posts September PLF Distribution

The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) has posted the September 2018 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution. Once again, state revenues continue to exceed estimates. Two months into Fiscal Year (FY) 2019, state revenues are coming in $16.2 million or 0.8 percent over estimates for the month of August.

Because overall state revenues are up, the PLF distribution has again slightly exceeded estimates. The ODT posted the September 2018 PLF distribution of $35,340,783 which it $371,036 (+ 1.06%) more than the ODT’s estimate of $34,969,747 for the month. By comparison, the September 2017 distribution was $33,636,384.

The Year-to-Date (YTD) total for Calendar Year (CY) 2018 is $259,126,924 which is 3.34% above ODT’s estimate.
