The OLC, in conjunction with the Ohio State Auditor’s Office, held a free webinar for public library fiscal officers which explained how to prepare notes to the financial statements for a library’s annual report. Nita Hendryx and Anna Mary Thomas from the State Auditor’s Office and Michelle Francis, OLC’s Director of Government and Legal Services presented the webinar on Oct. 17, 2016.
