This fall, the OLC is hosting a new conference that tackles issues related to equity, diversity and inclusion head-on. The Road to Equity: The Journey, The Detours, and Staying the Course will be held on Wed., Oct. 19 at the Holiday Inn Cleveland South in Independence.

This conference is an opportunity to have focused conversations surrounding EDI, learn from one another, and share the important work libraries are doing to help create equitable and inclusive communities in Ohio. Learn how to plan, build, improve and grow in the areas of EDI and access. The event is designed to provide a roadmap for implementing and sustaining a culture of EDI at your library.
