The OLC is now accepting program proposals for the new Youth Services Conference: Thriving in Changing Times – Adapting and Improving, which will be held online later this summer on Thurs., Aug. 19.
This virtual conference is designed for all library staff who work with children and teens. After more than a year of virtual storytimes and online programming, this conference will take a closer look at how to bring people back into the library and ways to rebuild relationships with kids, parents, teachers and other community partners. The Conference Planning Committee is seeking proposals that tie to the core competencies of public library service and examine how to best serve patrons from birth through high school.
