*PLEASE NOTE -- New This Year! The Central and Southeast Chapters will combine forces in 2011 to produce the Central/Southeast Chapter Conference. The two action councils will work on all aspects of the planning of the event, which will take place in Columbus.
The Ohio Library Council's 2011 Chapter Conferences will feature agendas created by library colleagues in your area of the state. Selecting from programs developed by OLC's divisions and committees, the areas of focus include "always-needed" training topics like customer service, programming, best practices, updates, time and stress management, promotional techniques, reference resources, and more. Using peer-to-peer training, the chapter conferences are OLC's presence regionally and offer staff a full day of educational programming.
