The Ohio General Assembly finalized the fiscal year (FY) 2020-2021 operating budget (HB 166) setting the Public Library Fund (PLF) at 1.7% of the state’s General Revenue Fund (GRF). Join the OLC for an analysis of the final version of the bill and its impact on public libraries. Learn more about the increase to the PLF, what did and did not make it into the final bill (including Gov. DeWine’s line-item vetoes), and other policy changes that will impact public libraries.
