Service for All Conference: Empowering and Rethinking Service for All

May 14, 2020 @ 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
OCLC Conference Center
6600 Kilgour Place Dublin OH 43017

Objective: Empower library staff to be more aware and inclusive of all members of the community, both inside and outside of the library.

Overview: This all-new conference will examine customer service models that focus on providing a friendly, accessible environment that encourages customer engagement. You’ll gain a better understanding of how to make your library (regardless of its size) a welcoming “third” place by actively and continuously engaging patrons of all backgrounds, ages, and abilities. If you interact with the public or train staff that works with the public, this is the conference for your team.

The deadline for program proposals is Feb. 3, 2020.
