OLC’s Legislative Day will be held Tues., April 9 at the Ohio Statehouse Atrium in downtown Columbus. The OLC is hosting a free webinar to help you prepare for this important advocacy event, particularly as the Ohio General Assembly starts deliberating on the next state budget. Michelle Francis, OLC’s Director of Government and Legal Services will outline key steps to take before Legislative Day, including making appointments with legislators and using the advocacy tools on the OLC website.

This year, Legislative Day falls within National Library Week, an annual celebration of the life-changing work of libraries. It’s the perfect time to share the essential work your library is doing and how you are having an impact on your community.
