Program Overview:
Libraries are faced with unique challenges in a 24-hour news cycle world. Libraries must be ready to communicate quickly about any crisis impacting their reputation, including the ongoing world heath crisis. Gregg Dodd, Director of Marketing for the Columbus Metropolitan Library, will share practical strategies that will help libraries implement a crisis communication plan and how to navigate the complexities of message dissemination during any crisis through real-life examples.
