Core Competencies: Organizational Awareness and Fiscal Operations
This one-day workshop is primarily designed for new public library fiscal officers, deputy fiscal officers, and directors, but it can also serve as a valuable refresher. You will gain a better understanding of the main duties of a public library fiscal officer and get the latest information on fund accounting, budgeting, reporting, OPERS, library funding and key legislative issues impacting public libraries.
