Gregg Dodd, Director of Marketing for the Columbus Metropolitan Library, will share practical strategies to help you implement a crisis communication plan for your library during a webinar on Thurs., Oct. 8, from 2-3 p.m. Dodd will explain how to navigate the complexities of message dissemination during any crisis through the use of real-life examples.This webinar will help you identify the most important communication channels (and when to use them), plus how to protect your library’s brand during a crisis. The registration fee for this webinar is $20 for members and staff of OLC Institutional Member Libraries ($40 for non-members).
