Archived Version of U.S. Department of Labor Overtime Rule Webinar Now Available

On Sept. 25, 2019, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) published their final rule updating and significantly expanding the overtime protections under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). The OLC hosted a free webinar for Institutional Member Libraries on Tues., Nov. 12 on the new DOL overtime rule. The webinar explained how public libraries can prepare for the changes which go into effect on Jan. 1, 2020.
