The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) posted the November 2019 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution of $34,751,223, which is $1,131,830 (+3.37%) more than the ODT estimate for the month. This brings the Calendar Year (CY) 2019 total to $375,256,564 (+3.28% over estimate). Overall, state tax receipts for the month of October exceeded estimates by $25.6 million, about 1.3% above what was expected for the month.

Also, it is important to note that October was the first month of collection for online sales taxes as required by the state biennial budget.
