Registration Now Open for CPIM: Public Library Fiscal Officer Conference

The OLC’s Library Accounting Division is hosting its annual CPIM: Public Library Fiscal Officer Conference, April 17-18, at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center in Lewis Center (North Columbus). Registration is now open for this two-day conference designed to provide 10 hours of continuing education credit for the Ohio Treasurer’s Center for Public Investment Management (CPIM) as well as 12 hours of CPE credit with the Ohio Accountancy Board. The registration fee for the full conference is $190 for members ($380 for non-members). The one-day only fee is $115 for members ($230 for non-members).

Public library fiscal officers from around the state will gather to discuss a variety of topics including investment strategies, reporting bond proceeds, Ohio ethics law, GASB 54, banking relationships, cyber security, and more. The conference will also provide the latest news on the 2020-21 state budget as well as information on credit card policies as a result of HB 312.
