The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) has released the March 2018 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution figure of $27,017,446 which is 0.79% below ODT’s estimate of $27,232,424 for the month, and 0.12% lower than the March 2017 distribution of $27,050,121.

While state tax receipts for the month of January (February PLF) exceeded expectations, February revenues (March PLF) came in slightly below the estimate. Nevertheless, overall state tax receipts for fiscal year 2018 are about 1.4% or $202 million ahead of expectations.
