The OLC, in conjunction with the Ohio State Auditor’s Office, held a free training webinar for public library fiscal officers which explained how to prepare notes to the financial statements for a library’s annual report. Nita Hendryx and Anna Mary Thomas, from the State Auditor’s Office and Michelle Francis, OLC’s Director of Government and Legal Services, presented the webinar on Dec. 13, 2017.
