The OLC will host its Annual Membership Business Meeting on Nov. 17 at 10 a.m. at the OLC headquarters, preceding the regularly-scheduled OLC Board of Directors’ meeting.
At this time, no new or old business is scheduled to come before the OLC membership for consideration. Any OLC member can submit items of business for consideration at the meeting. Items for consideration should be sent to Doug Evans, Executive Director, at email@example.com by Nov. 3, 2017.
An announcement will be made on Nov. 6 if any items of business have been submitted for consideration. A quorum of the lesser of five percent of the voting membership or 100 voting members present is required for business to be transacted at the meeting. If a quorum is not present, the OLC Board of Directors will determine how to proceed with any items of business that have been submitted for consideration.
