The Ohio Department of Taxation (ODT) posted the September 2017 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution. This month’s distribution of $33,636,384 is slightly higher than both the September 2016 distribution of $33,444,843 (+0.57%) and the September 2017 estimate from ODT of $33,376,043 (+0.78%).
For the second consecutive month, state income tax collections in August came in above official forecasts. So far, the state is around $23.5 million ahead for the fiscal year.
