OLC Board Approves Free Download of All OLC Publications

At its meeting on May 19, the OLC Board of Directors approved a new policy making all OLC publications available as free downloads to members, including:
  • Ballot Issues Handbook – Volume I: Campaigns 101
  • Ballot Issues Handbook – Volume II: Campaigns 202
  • Friends Across Ohio
  • Ohio Public Library Accounting Handbook
  • Ohio Public Library Administrator’s Handbook
  • Ohio Public Library Trustees’ Handbook
  • Standards for Public Library Service in Ohio

In addition, attendees at the following OLC workshops and conferences will receive a free copy of the OLC publication relevant to the event, such as:

  • Ballot Issues Workshop: attendees receive free copies of the Ballot Issues Handbook.
  • New Director’s Workshop: attendees receive a free copy of the Library Administrator’s Handbook.
  • Library Fiscal Officers’ Conference (CPIM): attendees receive a free copy of the Ohio Public Library Accounting Handbook.
  • Library Trustee’s Workshop: attendees receive a free copy of the Ohio Public Library Trustees’ Handbook.
Orders for printed or CD-ROM editions of these publications are subject to applicable charges (member or non-member rate) plus shipping and handling fees.
