The OLC is scheduled to testify on the state budget bill, House Bill 49, during Legislative Day on Wed., March 29, at the Ohio Statehouse. Testimony will be presented before the House Finance Committee between 10-11:30 a.m. in Room 313 by Michelle Francis, OLC Director of Government and Legal Services, and Debbie Saunders, Director of the Bossard Memorial Library in Gallia County. Library directors and trustees who do not have legislative meetings scheduled during that time are encouraged to attend the session.
