Goals and Objectives

  • Continue efforts to reinvigorate the Division and improve communications among the PR and Marketing Division Action Council Members.
  • Add at least two new items (such templates, a document about branding, a document
    about best practices and more) to the online Marketing Toolkit.
  • Create and perform a survey of OLC members about their marketing needs.
  • Submit or sponsor at least two programs for the 2020 OLC Convention and Expo.
  • Develop a stand-alone library marketing webinar for smaller libraries.
