Goals and Objectives

  • Partner with the Management and Administration Division and the Diversity Awareness and Resources Committee to explore the feasibility of a full-day workshop.
  • Explore more permanent relationship with existing OLC training pieces such as the New Directors Workshop, Library Fiscal Officer 102, etc.
  • Offer programs for 2017 Convention and Expo.
  • Develop content for OLC website.
  • Review the Core Competencies list and suggest additions and substitutions.
