The Ohio Library Council, Ohio Attorney General's Office, and the Ohio Historical Society have made available numerous information resources to assist libraries with the new Open Records law set to go into effect on September 29, 2007.
Under the new law, public libraries are required to perform a number of tasks including developing and implementing new policies as well as completing and submitting several new forms to the Ohio Historical Society.
